Description:
Cup dispenser:PLC control the pneumatic operating on the tri-claw to dispense cup automatically and smoothly
Dust extraction:To execute dust extraction against the vacuum inside of the cup.There is a vacuum fan on the machine.The mechanism is consisted of pneumatic unit and mechanical unit.
Filling(twice):Twice filling is applicable for high speed filling line.Filling style is piston filler, suitable for yoghurt milk, juice etc.The filling volume can be adjustable.
The product tank is an closure, hygiene tank.It can be cleaned automatically, the level is controlled automatically.Breath unit and CIP connection unit are equipped on the machine.
Pneumatic Piston filler.
Lid applicator:The lid will be sucked and placed by means of vacuum action.The lid applicator is consisted of pneumatic unit and mechanism unit.It is reliable.
Lid sealing(twice):The sealing is adopted heat press, the temperature can be controlled.The action is by means of pneumatic units.
Pressing cap:Cap will be picked by vacuum, the caps will be pressed by pneumatic units
Product outfeeding:The cups will be picked from mould by Robot.Then belt will grip the cups to conveyor of cup picker.
